Position: Legacy of Farmington - RN (Part Time)

Overview

Legacy of Farmington, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our growing team. Legacy of Farmington Senior Living is a beautiful community located in Farmington, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services with 70 units. Shifts available:
Part Time Days (10am-6pm), every other weekend required. RN wage: $34.00-$39.00 per hour (based on experience); LPN wage: $27.00-$32.50 per hour (based on experience).

Responsibilities
  • In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents under the direction of the Director of Health Services while maintaining quality care consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  • Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident population.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school and a valid state licensure as an LPN (preferred, but RN licensure accepted as applicable).
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
  • Annual reviews with wage increases.
