Registered Nurse | Private Duty Nurse

Accurate Home Care has an opening for a Private Duty Nurse (RN) to provide adult and pediatric nursing care in patients’ homes. The role offers the chance to provide one‑on‑one care, sharpen clinical skills, and contribute meaningfully to patients’ lives.

• Implement the nursing process (assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating) based on scope of practice.
• Communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary patient‑care team members regarding patient health status.
• Provide a variety of care including tracheostomy and ventilator support, feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management.

• Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
• Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification for healthcare providers, renewed at recommended frequencies.
• Physical capability to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50 lbs.
• Drug‑free work environment compliance.
