Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000 annualized (per-visit model based on volume)

Greater Twin Cities Metro Area (21-county service area)

• Provide skilled nursing visits in homes and community settings
• Perform assessments, wound care, and medication management
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Adapt quickly to new territories and patient needs
• Collaborate with RN Case Managers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical judgment and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Adaptable and confident in new environments
• Reliable transportation
