Crew Lead

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage on-site installation crews to ensure job quality and efficiency.

Communicate professionally with customers
, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction.

Apply concrete coating systems (epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and other coatings) with expert precision.

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges
, including surface preparation issues and installation concerns.

Train and mentor crew members
, ensuring all team members follow proper installation techniques and safety procedures.

Oversee job site organization
, tool maintenance, and adherence to project timelines.

Attend advanced off-site training with industry experts to expand skills and knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in concrete coatings or a related trade (experience with epoxy/polyaspartic coatings preferred).

Strong leadership skills — Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain efficiency.

Excellent communication — Comfortable working with customers and crew members.

Detail-Oriented & Problem Solver — Ability to troubleshoot and ensure flawless coating installations.

Physically Capable — Able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle equipment.

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation — Required for this position.

Ability to pass a background check — Required prior to employment.
