• Travel to different job sites to install fences according to blueprints and specifications
• Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Dig holes for fence posts and set them securely in place
• Assemble and install gates and other fence components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

• Prior experience in fence installation or a related field preferred
• Ability to travel to various job sites in the MN area
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and manual labor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
