First State Community Bank is looking for a Customer Care Specialist who thrives on helping others and solving problems. In this role, you’ll assist customers across our statewide footprint, provide exceptional service, and create positive experiences with every interaction.
What You’ll Do- Answer customer calls and provide timely, accurate solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, and account needs.
- Connect customers with the right resources and team members.
- Deliver a positive, professional experience on every call.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Call center experience is a plus but not required.

- Some College is preferred
