VP, Private Client Advisor

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Private Client Advisor to deliver relationship-based wealth and banking solutions to high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will deepen client relationships, provide tailored financial advice, and coordinate banking, lending, and investment services. You'll proactively source new clients through centers of influence, community involvement, and referrals while partnering with internal product and credit teams. Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth clients on banking, lending, and wealth management solutions.
• Develop and execute personalized financial strategies aligned with client goals.
• Grow a portfolio through proactive prospecting, referrals, and community engagement.
• Conduct regular portfolio and relationship reviews to deepen client loyalty.
• Partner with credit, trust, and investment teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards.
• Prepare and present financial proposals and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and call plans.
• Represent the bank in community and networking events to build brand presence.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative sales culture.
