Barnes-Jewish Hospital - - Responsibilities:
Implements direct patient care under supervision of the nurse to promote patient and family centered care;
Assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and performs vital signs and intake/output;
Collects clinical data and reports changes in patient status to the nurse;
Assists with patient and family education and documents care activities accurately;
Acts as 1:1 patient safety sitter as needed
