An excellent Help Desk Representative must have basic technical knowledge, patience and the ability to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values Professionalism Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance
Perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Accountability
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Record events and problems and log their resolutions
Initiative
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end users
Follow-up and update the end user's status and information
Adaptability
Walk end users through the problem-solving process

Qualifications
Proven experience as help desk representative or other end users support role Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer/technical issues
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Proficiency in English Excellent communication skills
