We are a growing beverage manufacturing company seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of our production and packaging equipment. • Day Shift: Monday–Friday
• No weekends (unless business requirements call for occasional overtime)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust equipment for various product sizes and production runs.
• Assist with line changeovers and equipment optimization.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with production personnel to ensure efficient plant operations.

• Minimum 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with beverage, food, or packaging equipment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment (fillers, seamers, conveyors, labelers, palletizers, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience performing changeovers and equipment adjustments for different product sizes and packaging formats.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on minimizing downtime.
• Ability to work safely while following all GMP, food safety, and company policies.
