Qualifications:

Problem solving skills

Mechanical Aptitude Work independently and stay focused on task Understanding of work quality

Ability to work with close tolerances

Self-Motivated to strive for a goal and complete assigned work Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Must be able to use hands with a great amount of dexterity

Ability to handle drills #56 to 1 1/4” in diameter

Daily Responsibilities:

Setup and run the machine with maximum efficiency and productivity

Operate large machinery while sitting majority of time

Run production drills by large quantity

Use provided measuring tools to check work and ensure tolerance is adhered toMeet daily deadlines for group goal

Set machine for splitting different types of drills

Clean up designated work area for next shift

Report any problems with machines to Shift Supervisor

Physical Requirements:

100% standing/sitting (employees preference)
Lifting up to 25 lbs Pushing and pulling of drills into machine slot

Use hands and feet repeatedly for same type of motion

Bending, reaching, and knelling when cleaning
