Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on care in patients’ homes, assisted living, or facility settings. You will work under RN supervision to deliver comfort, assess needs, and support families during critical times.
Required are an accredited Practical Nursing program, an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years in hospice/home health. A valid driver's license is essential.
