Emergency Room RN

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care in an emergency setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards.

Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management and post-treatment needs, participates in safety and quality initiatives, develops and documents individualized care plans, assesses physical and psychosocial needs, and communicates effectively across care teams.

Must have a nursing diploma or associate's degree, RN license, and preferably a BSN with less than 2 years of experience. Emergency Department experience is preferred.

Triage and treat emergency patients promptly, educate families, ensure safety compliance, and communicate care plans.

Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role, maintain alertness, and work scheduled shifts.
