Pain Management Nurse – PRN

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.

Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.

Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care settings.

Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural factors.

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.

• RN license required;
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• No prior experience necessary;
  Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
