The Float Pool Registered Nurse provides direct patient care across multiple units including Med-surg, Telemetry, ICU, and Emergency Department to support staffing and patient care needs. This role demands strong clinical skills, adaptability

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Participate in activities enhancing patient safety, quality
  , and regulatory compliance

• Develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting their values and cultural backgrounds.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Ideal candidate has up to 2 years of experience

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills are essential.
