Emergency Room Nurse Night Shift

This position involves providing direct patient care in an emergency department setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on managing illnesses or injuries, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with the interprofessional team to develop and communicate individualized care plans is essential, along with assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in emergency or acute care preferred, with no prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive environment.
