No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles - Skills:
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities; ability to work safely in alert state

- Assess patient needs holistically, considering emotional, cultural, and spiritual factors
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
