- Education:
Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. - Experience:
No experience required; 2+ years preferred. - Licenses &
Certifications:
Valid RN license.
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care planning.
- Educate patients and families on health management and home care post-treatment.
- Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities; engage in ongoing professional growth.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Evaluate patient needs holistically, respecting individual values and cultural considerations.
