Medical Surgical RN; PRN​/Nights

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development.

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Ensures effective communication across care continuum.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.
