Utilize critical nursing skills to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards.
Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and injuries, including post-treatment care and medication administration.
Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Required:
Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing, RN license - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience - Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and evaluations
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-care needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and communicate care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
