Support meat department operations including department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, inventories and cleanliness;
Assist in ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and back stock; reclamation and returns; ensure proper labeling and pricing per guidelines;
Maintain merchandising and display standards; rotate stock; ensure proper signing and sampling per SMILE program;
Follow all food safety production guidelines; ensure proper packaging/wrapping and labeling per regulatory requirements;
