• Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales.
• Invoices and pulls parts correctly.
• Places parts in the appropriate area or customer pick-up or delivery.
• Adds Service Department parts to RO and issues to technician in a timely manner.
• Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Advises the customer of any changes to orders such as substitutions or modifications.
• Assists in keeping parts area clean and shelves stocked and orderly.
• Assist with physical stock inventory.
