Metered Services Technician

The City of Farmington is currently hiring a metered service technician. Typical duties include electric and water meter reading, service connections and disconnections, testing, maintenance, and repair of meters, installation and programming of automated meter equipment, software input and processing, and customer relations. May be required to perform warehousing duties. Must have high school diploma or GED and valid MO driver’s license.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with periodic increases up to $23.12 per hour. The City offers a highly competitive benefit package adding an additional value of approximately $6.77 per hour.
