Summer Health Officer - Arizona and Michigan
Experience a life-changing summer in 2026! Youth Haven is seeking several Health Officers to serve during our upcoming summer ministry season at both our Michigan & Arizona campus locations. Youth Haven is a Christian, non-denominational ministry seeking to reach disadvantaged children ages 7-13 for Christ. We are looking for individuals who want to invest their time, energy, and skills to show the love of Jesus to the boys and girls that attend our programs!
Youth Haven offers you a unique opportunity to work with other like-minded people whose desire is to reach less fortunate children with the Gospel message. Not only is it a wonderful work environment, but you will be coming to work each day knowing you are making a difference in the lives of kids who need you!
As a Health Officer, you oversee the general health and well-being of all staff and campers during our retreats throughout the summer. This includes medication administration, applying bandages, ice packs, etc. as needed. In addition, this position requires detailed logging of all health related instances; checking, logging and handling of all medications (from registration to dismissal). This person must currently be, or be willing to become certified in First Aid and CPR, and take a camp health officer training course.
If training is needed, Youth Haven will cover the costs upon successful completion.
