• $26.00 and up based on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
• Per Diem and travel time
• Annual increase potential
• OT after 8

• Operate screed (backend of the paver)
• Operate various pieces of equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines
• Work outside and learn a new trade
• Help build your local roads
