The incumbent in this position will assist with all aspects of the administrative processes of the Farmington Center. Individuals will answer telephone & take messages; accurately & effectively respond to inquiries both in person and on the telephone; provide clerical support to office staff; greet visitors; provide basic information to visitors.

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at NMHU with good academic standing.
• Must be classified as a sophomore, junior, senior or higher.
• Must be enrolled with a minimum of six (6) credit hours.

• Successfully completed one semester at NMHU.
• Some administrative/clerical experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional office environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow university policies and procedures.
