Sargent is searching for Heavy Equipment Operators in the New England area. If you have experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader or grader to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures, we want to hear from you!

As a member of the team, you can expect to:

• Travel throughout the region to work on projects related to infrastructure including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works.

In addition, these roles may require travel;
Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals, and you will be home every weekend.

Pay:
From $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)

• Education:
  
  High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience:
  
  Construction – 3 years (Preferred)
• License/Certification:
  Driver's License (Required)
