We're partnering with one of the world's leading hyperscale data center developers to appoint a Project Scheduler who will join the owner's representative team on a major U.S. data center programme.
This is an opportunity to step away from a traditional contractor-side scheduling role and become part of the client's delivery team. You'll work closely with project leadership, contractors, and key stakeholders, helping drive project performance across one of the most significant hyperscale developments currently under construction.
This role is about far more than maintaining schedules. You'll play a key part in identifying risks before they impact delivery, influencing project strategy, and ensuring the programme remains on track.
What You'll Be Doing- Owning and maintaining the Primavera P6 project schedule.
- Monitoring progress and analysing schedule performance.
- Identifying critical path risks and recommending recovery strategies.
- Producing concise, executive-level reports for senior project leadership.
- Walking the project regularly to validate construction progress.
- Working directly with contractors to understand schedule impacts and resolve issues.
- Acting as the owner's eyes and ears on site, ensuring progress aligns with programme expectations.
- Building strong relationships across contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
- Driving proactive schedule improvements rather than simply reporting delays.
- Supporting better project outcomes through collaboration, problem solving, and effective planning.
- Strong experience using Primavera P6.
- Proven construction scheduling and planning experience on large capital projects.
- Ability to analyse critical path and understand schedule impacts.
- Experience interpreting construction drawings and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with in data centres, mission critical, industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, energy, or other complex construction environments is highly desirable.
- Experience working with owners, developers, EPCs, or major general contractors is advantageous.
- A proactive individual who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and adding value to project delivery.
