The New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (NMDVR) seeks a Transition Counselor to deliver Pre-Employment Transition Services to students with disabilities in assigned areas. You will work with school districts and families to support transition from school to work.
You will coordinate with educators, parents, and service providers to implement transition activities, develop lesson plans, and monitor progress. Occasional travel is required and licensure is a condition of hire.
