What You Will Do- Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team
- Improve cycle and lead times
- Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
- Create and oversee improvement projects
- Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
- Perform hardware defect analysis
- Participate in corrective action investigations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with work instructions in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with a shop floor management system (e.g., SAP, PRISM, ERP, MRP or similar manufacturing software)
- Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preference for CREO/ProE) and mechanical aptitude across disciplines
- Experience with automated tooling, machinery and programming, including adjusting software parameters on production or process equipment to fix problems or improve performance
- Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and experience with technical writing
- Experience with project execution
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and an innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and adaptation to new technologies
Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD (estimate based on experience and other factors)
