This position is located at the Raytheon Dine Facility in Farmington, NM. RTX
- Dine Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act in areas of recruitment and hiring practices.
- Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.
- Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented.
- Communicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders.
- Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) two (2) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes
- Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings
- U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Existing DoD Secret Clearance
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
- Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- High computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP/ PRISM and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.)
- Experience in DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test and delivery

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
