The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial customers, focusing on their credit and banking needs. This role involves business development, loan underwriting, portfolio management, and cross-selling banking products to support customer growth and strengthen the bank’s market position.

Located in Farmington, New Mexico, this position offers an opportunity to embrace the beauty and culture of the Four Corners region, which includes stunning landscapes, world-class hiking, fishing, and outdoor recreation.

Benefits:
Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k plan with company match, paid holidays, paid time off, and an opportunity to participate in a stock purchase plan.

Compensation: $95,000 to $115,000 per year plus an opportunity for incentive compensation

Experience and Education Requirements Technical level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field3–5 years of commercial lending or credit experience, preferably in a community banking environment

Strong financial and credit analysis skills, including understanding of tax returns, financial statements, and cash flow analysis

Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and develop new business

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Working knowledge of loan regulations, documentation, and compliance standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial lending software
