In this role, you will develop and manage a portfolio of commercial customers while serving as a trusted partner for their credit and banking needs. You will combine business development, loan underwriting, portfolio management, and cross-selling to support customer growth and strengthen the bank’s presence in the market.

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 annually, based on experience, with eligibility for incentive compensation.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent level of technical knowledge
• Five or more years of commercial lending or credit experience, preferably in community banking
• Strong financial and credit analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate tax returns, financial statements, and cash flow
• Demonstrated success building customer relationships and developing new business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of commercial loan regulations, documentation, and compliance standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commercial lending software
