Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain specialized production equipment used in our manufacturing processes to prepare and finish industrial components.
As a Rotational Lining Machine Operator, you will help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation$20–$30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities- Set up and operate shuttle-style rotational lining machine.
- Prepare, measure, and handle thermoplastic materials used in the lining process.
- Load and secure parts for processing.
- Monitor heating and rotation cycles to ensure consistent liner application.
- Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met.
- Identify and address minor mechanical or process issues.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or apprenticeship in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years previous experience with machine operation in a manufacturing/production environment (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or work instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to safety, detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
