Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator – Rotational Lining / Roto Mold to operate and maintain rotational lining (roto-lining) equipment used to apply polymer coatings to metal or fabricated components. Experience with rotational lining or roto-molding equipment is preferred but not required. Prior manufacturing or industrial experience is strongly preferred. This role is responsible for machine setup, operation, quality inspection, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Compensation$20–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities- Set up and operate shuttle-style rotational lining / rotational molding machine
- Prepare, measure, and handle thermoplastic materials used in the lining process
- Load and unload parts, molds, or components safely and efficiently
- Monitor heating and rotation cycles to ensure consistent liner application
- Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met
- Identify and address minor mechanical or process issues
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety and operational procedures and OSHA guidelines
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or work instructions
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Technical school training or apprenticeship in a related field
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
