Pratt Whitney in Farmington, NM is seeking a Value Stream Lead for the second shift to oversee daily manufacturing activities at the Raytheon Dine Facility. You will manage 20+ hourly employees and coordinate with VSLs and leadership to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives. You will apply manufacturing principles, sustain product-focused processes, mentor staff, and assist with labor forecasts and EACs.
