Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to provide hands‑on care and support residents with activities of daily living. In this role, you will promote dignity, comfort, and overall well‑being while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately obtain and document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with mobility, safe transfers, ambulation, and repositioning according to care plans.
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment following infection control and safety protocols.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Adhere to all facility policies, state and federal regulations, and infection prevention standards.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Wyoming, in good standing with no findings on the Nurse Aide Registry.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
