LPN, LPN​/LVN, Staff Nurse

Sierra Post Acute is hiring a Part‑Time LPN to join our skilled nursing team. The role operates on a part‑time schedule: 6am‑6pm on Sunday and 6pm‑6am on Wednesday.

We work as a collaborative, patient‑centered team that values professional growth and a supportive work environment.

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• Supervise nurse assistants.
• Administer medication passes and treatments.

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and a Colorado CAPS background check.

• Rate: $30–$40 per hour.
