Description:
This is a 198-bed level III trauma center. It includes state-of-the-art operating suites. The facility provides healthcare services to a diverse region. Services include medical, surgical, and rehabilitation care. The hospital also features a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, day surgery center, and extensive imaging and lab testing services. The facility is recognized for its accreditation in PCI, Mammography, and Laboratory.
It has been awarded the Top 20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in the U.S. The facility has a reputation for excellence in healthcare. The surrounding area offers numerous outdoor attractions including hiking, kayaking, and historical sightseeing. This position involves recovery for various specialties including general surgery, ortho, neuro, ob/gyn, urology, ENT, and robotics. The unit has a patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:2.
Equipment includes Mindray and Cerner EHR systems. The patient population consists of adults with mid to high acuity needs. Flexibility to float to Pre Op and/or Endo may be required. Common diagnoses and treatments align with the mentioned specialties.
