Giving Home Health Care seeks compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home patient care in Coyote Canyon (4 hours) and Naschitti (8 hours), NM, based on physician-approved care plans. This is a 1099 contract position requiring approximately 12 hours of weekly care at the patient’s residence.
The nurse will travel between locations to deliver personalized care, advocate for patients, and collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and physicians to meet needs.
