Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)-Part-TimeReform ABQ is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing, nurse practitioner–led clinic in Albuquerque. We are looking for a part-time NP with potential to expand into a full-time role as you grow your patient panel.
This is an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness, with the opportunity to practice in a modern, patient-centered environment that prioritizes quality over volume.
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute conditions. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, diagnosing and managing medical conditions, ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostics, prescribing medications, and developing individualized treatment plans. The role may also include participation in Direct Primary Care (DPC) and wellness-based services as appropriate.

- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in New Mexico
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Experience in outpatient or primary care preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in preventive, chronic, and wellness-focused care
Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offering a balanced work schedule for an outstanding work-life balance. All positions are in-person at our conveniently located office in Albuquerque, NM, where you will be part of a supportive and patient-focused environment.
