Role Overview
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The LPN will monitor, assess, and report patient conditions, and deliver services to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards. Responsibilities include assigning duties, instructing, and supervising CNAs daily.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the applicable state
- Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, and kept current)
- Deliver competent, compassionate nursing care
- Make independent decisions when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Part-time weekend night shift and full-time opportunities available
