Charge Nurse; RN​/LVN Resident Care Leader

San Juan Care Center is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN or LVN) to lead resident care and direct nursing staff. The RN is expected to develop the plan of care and collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants while ensuring safety regulations are upheld.

Charge Nurse will provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal and local guidelines.
