• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to support multiple store areas.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety programs.
• Provide and accept feedback and comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in shrink reduction efforts and other assigned duties.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes or unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors; retail experience preferred.
