Clerical Substitute - District Wide  School Year

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior office or clerical experience preferred (minimum of one year).

Compensation: $17.00 per hour.

Primary Responsibility: A clerical substitute is a valued member of the West Irondequoit team, responsible for ensuring daily office operations run smoothly. This role supports staff by completing clerical tasks accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

Job Duties:

• Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
• Organize and manage files for various purposes
• Answer phones and emails; take and relay messages as needed
• Prepare materials and documents as requested
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including set-up
• Perform other duties as assigned
