Teacher Aide
The Spencerport School District is currently accepting applications for a full-time Teacher Aide. Applications will be reviewed and selected candidates will be contacted for a screening interview. Applicants must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment for the NYS Education Department before employment begins. Civil Service:

Minimum Qualifications:
High School or Equivalency Diploma, plus either: 1 year paid or volunteer full time equivalent experience working with children, or 1 year paid or volunteer full time equivalent experience with clerical duties, or Combination of the aforementioned experience, or Possession of a certificate of completion of a course of Child Care through an occupational school, The American Red Cross or similar Agency.
Successful completion of one (1) year of college education beyond high school (minimum of 30 credit hours) may be substituted for the one (1) year of experience. Appointment: 10 months.
Hours:
6-7 hours per day. Salary/Rate of Pay: $16.93 - $17.21 per hour, based on experience. Benefits:
