We strongly welcome candidates with the following qualifications:
- Graduation from High School or possession of a High School Equivalency Diploma
- Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position
- Demonstrate ability to support academic and behavioral needs of student
- Good communication/organizational skills for working with students, teachers, parents and co-workers
- Must have prior experience working with children
- Establish a positive, safe and clean environment
- Responsible for supervising and assisting students
- Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to help support students' positive behavioral expectations
Salary:
School Aide/Cafeteria Aide: $16.00/hr (WCSD Retiree rate: $17.00/hr), Teaching Assistant: $ 16.50/hr (WCSD Retiree rate: $19.00/hr)
