Senior Telecom / UC Engineer
Support enterprise voice and contact center platforms. This is with our insurance client located in Bridgewater, NJ and this will be 12+ months on contract. This role focuses on Avaya systems, SIP, dial plans, PSTN, and call routing, along with CCaaS (Five9, NICE, Verint) and UCaaS platforms (Teams Phone, Zoom Phone). You’ll also design IVR flows, troubleshoot call issues, and ensure reliable, scalable voice services.
