Player Services Representative, Finger Lakes Gaming

Delaware North -  - Responsibilities:
Enroll guests in the player tracking system, manage accurate data entry, and maintain confidentiality of all guest records and Player Rewards activities;
Deliver exceptional guest service, including answering questions promptly, explaining games, contests, and Player’s Club benefits, and assisting with promotions and giveaways;
Support marketing initiatives by helping implement on-site promotions, contests, and giveaways to enhance guest engagement;
Resolve guest concerns effectively, demonstrating strong listening skills and the ability to defuse difficult situations while preserving goodwill;
Foster positive relationships with guests, team members, and supervisors by modeling professional behavior and mutual respect in all interactions
