Required

Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in leading a distributed & DWS service delivery client environment.
• Previous Delivery Partner experience required
• Ability to team effectively across a large organization to bring together high performing cross functional teams to deliver services for customers
• Required to be at client site 3+ days per week in downtown NY/NJ area of Manhattan and Jersey City
• Demonstrated ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple service areas
• Demonstrated ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts
